Let’s face it. Most of the larger management companies take your fee and forget about you as a client. We at Poseidon Property Group manage your properties as if you were our only client. We are a small management company with big goals. Our goal is to manage your property in a way that lets you walk away and forget the many intricacies of the rental property business.
Ask yourself the following questions:
- If I have a question on the weekend, do I have to wait until the next business day to have my question answered?
- Will my manager really inspect my properties and ensure that any problems will be taken care of efficiently?
- Does my manager have a pulse on the rental market? What should I rent my unit for? What are the laws that affect my property?
- Is my manager really looking out for my best interests? What potential risks am I exposed to, and does my manager counsel me regarding these risks?

COMPANY PRESIDENT BIO
Michael J. Luckett, owner and president of Poseidon Property Group, has been managing multi-family and single-family homes for twenty-five years. A real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Michael is also certified as an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and certified as a CCRM (California Certified Residential Manager) by the California Apartment Owners Association). Michael is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
COMPANY PROPERTY MANAGER BIO
Lamont Johnson, Property Manager of Poseidon Property Group, has been in the Residential Property Management industry for nearly 20 years. He has a widespread knowledge of conventional multi-family housing laws and regulations including lease ups & rent controlled properties and prides himself on his exceptional communication skills with his owners and residents alike. He is fair housing certified and illustrates his ability to listen, relate, and problem solve on a daily basis which is a big reason why his clients feel so comfortable in their business relationships and why they continue to seek out his services time and time again. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Kansas University with a minor in Business Administration Lamont has the tools necessary to meet and overcome the obstacles that today’s owners face in the ever changing landscape of property management.
