How do you, as an agent, fit into the big picture: By referring your client to us, you will recieve a referral fee if they contract with us to manage their rentals. Our fee structure is based on the number of units that the owner has contracted us to manage. In addition, we will refer all clients back to the referring agent when an owner wishes to convert their rental and ultimately decides to sell. We have seen how mutually beneficial agent networking and a referral system can be.
