To expedite the application process, please make sure that the application is filled out completely. In addition, the following items are required to process your application: Copy of pay stub or work verification letter with income amount; landlord history with contact numbers, dating back minimally two years . Our minimum credit score requirement is 600. A $25 application fee is required for anyone over the age of eighteen who will be residing on the property.

Upon acceptance and approval of applicant’s information, and once an offer is made to rent an apartment, applicant will be required to place a holding deposit to secure their housing option. All deposits and move-in costs must be in the form of a money order or a cashier’s check.  We will hold an apartment for fifteen days once an offer is submitted and accepted. If a move-in occurs after the fifteenth of the month, then the applicant will be required to pay a full month’s rent. The following month’s rent will be prorated to reflect the full month’s rental payment.
